Smokehouse Barbecue Bun

Tangy coleslaw and the crunch of Kosher Dill Pickle Chips masterfully cut into the smoky kick of PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey on a fresh kaiser roll.

Ingredients


 
Header: Coleslaw Ingredients
½cup
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips
1tbsp
Sugar
1tbsp
Lemon juice
8oz
Shredded cabbage or Pre-cut coleslaw mix
 
Salt & pepper, to taste
 
Header: Sandwich Ingredients
1lb
Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey Breast, sliced thin
4
Kaiser Roll, split
4tbsp
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips
4tbsp
Barbecue sauce

Instructions


  1. 01Header: Coleslaw
  2. 02In a large bowl, mix all coleslaw ingredients.
  3. 03Header: Sandwich
  4. 04Preheat toaster or oven to 325 degrees.
  5. 05Divide turkey slices among kaiser rolls, place onto a baking sheet and bake for five minutes or until warm.
  6. 06Remove from oven, top the turkey with barbecue sauce, coleslaw and pickles.
  7. 07Crown with top of kaiser roll and enjoy!
