Smokehouse Barbecue Bun
Tangy coleslaw and the crunch of Kosher Dill Pickle Chips masterfully cut into the smoky kick of PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey on a fresh kaiser roll.
Ingredients
½cup
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips1tbsp
Sugar1tbsp
Lemon juice8oz
Shredded cabbage or Pre-cut coleslaw mix1lb
Bold PitCraft® Slow Smoked Turkey Breast, sliced thin4
Kaiser Roll, split4tbsp
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips4tbsp

- 01Header: Coleslaw
- 02In a large bowl, mix all coleslaw ingredients.
- 03Header: Sandwich
- 04Preheat toaster or oven to 325 degrees.
- 05Divide turkey slices among kaiser rolls, place onto a baking sheet and bake for five minutes or until warm.
- 06Remove from oven, top the turkey with barbecue sauce, coleslaw and pickles.
- 07Crown with top of kaiser roll and enjoy!
