Bold Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Sandwich with Asian Slaw
The sweetness of Bold Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken and the smooth zest of cucumber and carrot slaw combine to take your taste buds on an exotic sandwich experience.
Ingredients

Carrot, peeled, sliced into matchsticks1
Cucumbers, sliced into thin sticks4
Scallion, diced½cup
Rice vinegar2
Large Zucchini, sliced thin2
Red pepper, sliced thin3tsp
Vegetable oil1lb

Ciabatta roll, sliced in halfInstructions
- 01Header: Asian Slaw
- 02Combine carrots, cucumber and scallion in a medium bowl.
- 03Toss with vinegar until all vegetables are evenly coated, and set aside for immediate use.
- 04Header: sandwich
- 05On a clean work surface, slice zucchini and red pepper into thin strips and lightly coat with vegetable oil.
- 06In a non-stick skillet, heat vegetables over medium heat until warm.
- 07Remove vegetables and set aside.
- 08Place Boar's Head Bold® Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Breast into the skillet, and cook until warm.
- 09Remove chicken and set aside.
- 10Open each ciabatta roll and place onto a clean, flat surface.
- 11On the bottom half of each ciabatta roll, layer two slices of chicken, followed by zucchini and red pepper.
- 12Top the sandwich with the Asian slaw.
- 13Crown each sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta roll and serve.
