Bold Chipotle Chicken Sheet Pan Nachos

The smokiness of chipotle peppers and the spice of habenero are brought to the forefront with our Bold Chipotle Chicken Breast in this classic nachos dish. Layered with creamy gouda and colby jack cheeses, each bite is an adventure!

Ingredients

Tortilla chips

Boar's Head Chipotle Chicken, cubed
1oz
Black Beans, drained and rinsed
1cup
Corn kernels, frozen, canned or roasted
1cup
Boar's Head® 3 Pepper Colby Jack® Cheese, shredded
1cup
Boar's Head Chipotle Gouda Cheese, shredded

Roma tomato, diced
¼cup
Red Onion, diced
1
Baby Red and Yellow Peppers, thinly sliced
2tbsp
Sour cream
2tbsp
Cilantro Leaves

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Lightly oil a baking sheet or coat with nonstick spray.
  2. 02Place tortilla chips in a single layer onto the prepped baking sheet. Top with chipotle chicken, black beans, corn, and cheeses.
  3. 03Place into oven and bake until heated through and the cheeses have melted, about 5-6 minutes.
  4. 04Serve immediately, topped with tomato, onion, jalapeño, sour cream, and cilantro.
