EverRoast® Chicken Caprese Sandwich

A modern take on a summer classic, rich with fresh vegetables and the savory flavor of Boar’s Head EverRoast® Chicken and Fresh Mozzarella Cheese.

Ingredients

2slices
Rustic Italian Bread
4slices
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast
2slices
Fresh tomato
2slices
Boar's Head® Fresh Mozzarella
1tbsp
Fresh Basil
1tbsp
Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. 01Lay rustic Italian bread on a flat surface.
  2. 02On one side of the bread, add the EverRoast® Chicken, followed by the tomatoes.
  3. 03Top with the mozzarella and basil.
  4. 04Drizzle with balsamic vinegar and crown with the remaining piece of bread.
