Olive Oil

Red pepper, sliced
½
Yellow pepper, sliced
½
Green pepper, sliced
½
Red Onion, sliced
1tsp
Fajita seasoning
2tbsp
Butter
2slices
Sliced Bread
2oz
Boar’s Head® Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced thin
4oz
Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), sandwich cut
1tbsp
Boar’s Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Spears

Instructions


  1. 01Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add peppers, onion, and fajita seasoning and cook until vegetables are tender and charred slightly. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. 02Spread butter on each slice of bread. Add the first slice of bread to the pan, butter-side down, and top with cheese, peppers, onions and chicken.
  3. 03Spread the inside of the second slice of bread with Chipotle Gourmaise® spread, then add the slice, butter-side up, to the sandwich.
  4. 04Adjust heat to medium and fry each side of the sandwich until golden brown and the cheese is melted, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. 05Slice in half and enjoy!
