Hummus Wonton Nachos

This is definitely nacho average appetizer. Snack on delicious, crispy wontons piled with our savory Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken, veggies, and dollops of Sweet Chili Garlic Hummus for a fantastic fusion of sweet, tangy and hot. 



  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice the wonton wrappers into triangles, then spread into a single layer on the baking sheet. Brush or spray the wontons with olive oil, then bake for 5 minutes, until crispy and golden.
  3. Remove from the oven and evenly distribute shredded chicken and vegetables on top.
  4. Place dollops of hummus among the nachos.
  5. Garnish with cilantro and green onions.
