Brown Sugar & Spice Delight™ Ham & Cheese Breakfast Croissant Sandwich

Large Eggs⅛cup
Whole Milk1pinch
Kosher Salt⅛tsp
Pepper1tsp
Butter2
Croissants, halved lengthwise2tbsp
Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard6oz
Brown Sugar & Spice Delight™ Off the Bone Ham, thinly sliced2oz

- 01Crack the eggs into a large bowl and whisk until well combined. Whisk in the milk, salt and pepper.
- 02Heat a skillet over medium low heat. Add butter and allow to melt. Add the egg mixture and let it sit until the eggs begin to set on the edges, about 2 minutes. Use a rubber spatula to push the edges of the eggs to the center of the pan, then spread the uncooked portion of the eggs into an even layer. Repeat this process until eggs are cooked through, then transfer to a bowl and set aside.
- 03Spread the mustard on the bottom half of each croissant. Top each croissant with ham, scrambled eggs and cheese. Finish by topping with the remaining halves of the croissants.
- 04If desired, heat the oven to 350º F, baking the croissants until the cheese is melted, about 5 minutes.
