Pita bread, cut into small triangles

Boar's Head® Yellow American Cheese, sliced thin

Instructions


  1. 01Header: Turkey Club Skewer
  2. 02Cook bacon according to package directions.
  3. 03Slice each piece of cheese and bacon to divide into four pieces. Set aside.
  4. 04Start by threading a small bamboo skewer with a piece of bread. Fold a piece of turkey twice, threading it on the skewer followed by cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato and lettuce, ending with a piece of bread.
  5. 05Repeat step 2 on the second skewer.
  6. 06Header: Turkey Pita Skewer
  7. 07Divide your cheese into four pieces. Set aside.
  8. 08First, thread a small bamboo skewer with a piece of pita. Fold a piece of turkey twice, then thread it on the skewer, followed by a piece of cheese, cucumber, and tomato.
  9. 09Repeat, alternating with each ingredient and ending with a piece of pita bread.
  10. 10Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the second skewer.
  11. 11Serve with hummus for dipping.

  13. 13Divide each piece of cheese into four pieces. Set aside.
  14. 14Cut 4 small circles or shapes out of the bread using a cookie cutter.
  15. 15Thread a small bamboo skewer with a piece of bread. Fold a piece of ham twice, then place it on the skewer, followed by a piece of cheese.
  16. 16Repeat, alternating with each ingredient and ending with a piece of bread.
  17. 17Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the second skewer.
  18. 18Serve with mayonnaise or mustard for dipping.
