Bamboo skewer1slice
Thick Artisan Bread, cubed2
Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, sliced thin¼
Avocado, cubed2
Cherry Tomatoes2
Boston lettuce, small2
Sharp Wisconsin Cheddar Cheese (Yellow), sliced thin2
Bamboo skewer1piece
Pita bread, cut into small triangles4
Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, sliced thin1
Persian cucumber, peeled and sliced2
Cherry tomatoes2tbsp
Boar's Head Brand® Traditional Hummus, for dipping2
Boar's Head® Yellow American Cheese, sliced thin2

- 01Header: Turkey Club Skewer
- 02Cook bacon according to package directions.
- 03Slice each piece of cheese and bacon to divide into four pieces. Set aside.
- 04Start by threading a small bamboo skewer with a piece of bread. Fold a piece of turkey twice, threading it on the skewer followed by cheese, bacon, avocado, tomato and lettuce, ending with a piece of bread.
- 05Repeat step 2 on the second skewer.
- 06Header: Turkey Pita Skewer
- 07Divide your cheese into four pieces. Set aside.
- 08First, thread a small bamboo skewer with a piece of pita. Fold a piece of turkey twice, then thread it on the skewer, followed by a piece of cheese, cucumber, and tomato.
- 09Repeat, alternating with each ingredient and ending with a piece of pita bread.
- 10Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the second skewer.
- 11Serve with hummus for dipping.

- 13Divide each piece of cheese into four pieces. Set aside.
- 14Cut 4 small circles or shapes out of the bread using a cookie cutter.
- 15Thread a small bamboo skewer with a piece of bread. Fold a piece of ham twice, then place it on the skewer, followed by a piece of cheese.
- 16Repeat, alternating with each ingredient and ending with a piece of bread.
- 17Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the second skewer.
- 18Serve with mayonnaise or mustard for dipping.
