Ovengold® Turkey California Club
This savory spin on a classic club is perfect for lunch time—or any time! A delicious trio of Boar’s Head® meats makes this sandwich supremely satisfying, while creamy avocado and sourdough bread give it a bit of West Coast flair.

Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard2tbsp
Boar's Head® Real Mayonnaise1slice
Tomato2leaves
Green Leaf Lettuce4
Boar's Head® Kosher Dill Pickle Chips2oz
Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast1oz
Boar’s Head® Muenster Cheese2oz
Branded Deluxe Ham2oz
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast½
Avocado, slicedInstructions
- 01Toast the bread slices in toaster until light golden brown. Set aside to cool completely.
- 02Mix together 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of deli mustard.
- 03Spread all 3 pieces of toasted bread with the mayonnaise and deli mustard mixture. For the first layer of the sandwich, top one piece of the toasted bread in order with the tomato, lettuce, turkey and cheese. Top with a second piece of toasted bread.
- 04For the second layer of the sandwich, top the second piece of bread with lettuce, ham, pickles, chicken, and avocado. Top with the third piece of toasted bread.
- 05Cut the sandwich in half (on the diagonal) then again in fourths, to create classic club sandwich triangles.
