FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Avocado Flatbread

Flatbread crust2tbsp
Olive Oil4oz
Whole Milk Mozzarella, shredded2tbsp
Red Onion, chopped¼cup
Cherry tomatoes, diced1lb
Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), dinner cut and cubed2
Avocado, cored and diced1tbsp
Ranch dressing, for drizzlingInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400ºF.
- 02Lay flatbread crusts onto a greased baking sheet.
- 03Brush each with olive oil, then top with evenly-distributed Mozzarella cheese, onion, tomato and chicken.
- 04Bake flatbread for about 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted, toppings are heated through and flatbread is golden brown.
- 05Remove flatbread from the oven and top with avocado. Drizzle with ranch.
- 06Serve and enjoy!
