FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Avocado Flatbread

Ingredients

Flatbread crust
2tbsp
Olive Oil
4oz
Whole Milk Mozzarella, shredded
2tbsp
Red Onion, chopped
¼cup
Cherry tomatoes, diced
1lb
Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), dinner cut and cubed

Avocado, cored and diced
1tbsp
Ranch dressing, for drizzling

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. 02Lay flatbread crusts onto a greased baking sheet.
  3. 03Brush each with olive oil, then top with evenly-distributed Mozzarella cheese, onion, tomato and chicken.
  4. 04Bake flatbread for about 12 minutes or until the cheese is melted, toppings are heated through and flatbread is golden brown.
  5. 05Remove flatbread from the oven and top with avocado. Drizzle with ranch.
  6. 06Serve and enjoy!
