Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken and Veggie Lettuce Boats with Tahini Dressing
Our Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast is ready to set sail in a crunchy lettuce boat. Just add our Traditional Hummus, fresh-sliced vegetables, and a homemade tahini dressing for an adventure of aromatic spices and flavors.

Maple syrup4leaves

Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast1cup
Cherry Tomatoes, halved½cup
Alfalfa Sprouts1cup
Carrots, shredded¾
Red Cabbage, thinly sliced1
Avocado, slicedInstructions
- 01Prepare sauce by adding tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, and salt to a small mixing bowl and whisking to combine. Then add water 1 Tbsp (15 ml) at a time until a pourable dressing is formed.
- 02Taste and adjust flavor as needed, adding more salt for overall flavor, lemon for acidity, or maple syrup for sweetness. Transfer to a serving vessel or ramekin or set aside.
- 03Arrange lettuce boats on a serving platter and begin filling with 1-2 Tbsp (15-30 g) hummus. Then top with chicken, tomatoes, sprouts, carrots, cabbage, avocado.
- 04Drizzle with tahini sauce or serve on the side. Enjoy!
