Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Salad Croissant

Ingredients

Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast, sliced thick, cubed
1cup
Grapes, red seedless, halved
½cup
Fresh cilantro, chopped
½cup
Carrots, shredded
½cup
Cashew, toasted and chopped
¼cup
Red onion, finely diced
1cup
Boar's Head Real Mayonnaise
1tbsp
Lemon juice
1tbsp
Honey
1tsp
Garam masala
½tsp
Ground ginger
½tsp
Ground Turmeric
 
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions


  1. 01In a clean bowl, combine Madrasala® Curry Chicken, grapes, cilantro, carrots, cashews and red onion.
  2. 02In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, garam masala, ginger, turmeric, salt and pepper.
  3. 03Toss curry sauce with the chicken mixture and serve on a freshly baked croissant.
