London Broil with Blue Cheese & Avocado

Boar’s Head® Delicatessen Style Mustard

Boar's Head Creamy Blue Cheese
½cup
Fresh Arugula
2tbsp
Red Onion, sliced thin
4slices
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, sliced thin
½
Avocado, sliced thin

Instructions


  1. 01On a clean work surface, slice baguette in half, lengthwise.
  2. 02On top half of the bread, spread the Boar’s Head Delicatessen Style Mustard.
  3. 03On the bottom half of the bread, lay the ingredients in the following order: Bleu cheese crumbles, arugula, red onions, London Broil and avocado.
  4. 04Add the crown of the bread, deli mustard side down and serve.
