Prosciutto Wrapped Brie and Apples

Boar's Head Prosciutto di Parma®, halved
12slices
French Brie Cheese, 1/4 inch thick
12leaves
Baby Arugula
1
Granny Smith apple, sliced into 12 wedges
2tbsp
Balsamic Reduction

Instructions


  1. 01Place prosciutto on a clean flat surface. Layer brie, arugula and apple on top of the prosciutto.
  2. 02Wrap prosciutto around the brie, arugula and apple.
  3. 03Flip over so that the brie is facing upwards.
  4. 04Drizzle with balsamic reduction, and serve!
