Boar's Head Prosciutto di Parma®, halved12slices
French Brie Cheese, 1/4 inch thick12leaves
Baby Arugula1
Granny Smith apple, sliced into 12 wedges2tbsp
Balsamic ReductionInstructions
- 01Place prosciutto on a clean flat surface. Layer brie, arugula and apple on top of the prosciutto.
- 02Wrap prosciutto around the brie, arugula and apple.
- 03Flip over so that the brie is facing upwards.
- 04Drizzle with balsamic reduction, and serve!
