Carve and Serve Turkey Noodle Soup

  1. Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a separate pot, on medium heat, add oil.
  3. Add onions, carrots and celery to sauté until carrots are softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add chicken stock and bring to a gentle rolling simmer.
  5. Turn down heat to get a slow simmer and add Turkey and edamame.
  6. Season to taste. Portion noodles into bowls and ladle warm soup over noodles.
  7. Serve
