Carve and Serve Turkey Noodle Soup

Ingredients


12oz
Egg noodles, dried, blanched
2tbsp
Olive Oil
10oz
Onions, diced
6oz
Celery, diced
10oz
Carrots, bias cut
40oz
Low sodium chicken stock, prepared
20oz
Boar's Head Carve and Serve Turkey, small cubes
15oz
Edamame, (optional), thawed
 
Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions


  1. 01Cook noodles according to package instructions.
  2. 02In a separate pot, on medium heat, add oil.
  3. 03Add onions, carrots and celery to sauté until carrots are softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. 04Add chicken stock and bring to a gentle rolling simmer.
  5. 05Turn down heat to get a slow simmer and add Turkey and edamame.
  6. 06Season to taste. Portion noodles into bowls and ladle warm soup over noodles.
  7. 07Serve
