Carve and Serve Turkey Noodle Soup
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- In a separate pot, on medium heat, add oil.
- Add onions, carrots and celery to sauté until carrots are softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add chicken stock and bring to a gentle rolling simmer.
- Turn down heat to get a slow simmer and add Turkey and edamame.
- Season to taste. Portion noodles into bowls and ladle warm soup over noodles.
- Serve
