Carve and Serve Turkey Noodle Soup
Ingredients
12oz
Egg noodles, dried, blanched2tbsp
Olive Oil10oz
Onions, diced6oz
Celery, diced10oz
Carrots, bias cut40oz
Low sodium chicken stock, prepared20oz
Boar's Head Carve and Serve Turkey, small cubes15oz
Edamame, (optional), thawedInstructions
- 01Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- 02In a separate pot, on medium heat, add oil.
- 03Add onions, carrots and celery to sauté until carrots are softened, about 5 minutes.
- 04Add chicken stock and bring to a gentle rolling simmer.
- 05Turn down heat to get a slow simmer and add Turkey and edamame.
- 06Season to taste. Portion noodles into bowls and ladle warm soup over noodles.
- 07Serve
