FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken & Muenster BBQ Sliders

Ingredients

Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), sliced thin
1cup
Boar's Head Sweet & Mild Gourmet BBQ Sauce

Hawaiian Rolls, keep joined
2tbsp
Butter, melted
½lb
Boar's Head® Muenster Cheese, sliced thin
1cup
Small Red Onion, thinly sliced
8oz
Baby Bella Mushrooms , sliced
6oz
Baby spinach

Garlic clove, minced

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  2. 02Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Lightly grease with cooking spray.
  3. 03Heat a large skillet with oil over medium heat.
  4. 04Add onion, mushrooms, spinach and garlic. Cook for about two minutes or until soft.
  5. 05Without separating rolls, cut them in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
  6. 06Drizzle half the BBQ sauce across the buns and then add slices of Muenster cheese to cover.
  7. 07Next, add the warmed vegetables and top with sliced chicken and remaining BBQ sauce.
  8. 08Add top layer of buns and finish with a brushing of melted butter.
  9. 09Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
