FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken & Muenster BBQ Sliders

Boar’s Head® FireSmith® Flame Grilled Chicken Breast (13086), sliced thin1cup
Boar's Head Sweet & Mild Gourmet BBQ Sauce12
Hawaiian Rolls, keep joined2tbsp
Butter, melted½lb
Boar's Head® Muenster Cheese, sliced thin1cup
Small Red Onion, thinly sliced8oz
Baby Bella Mushrooms , sliced6oz
Baby spinach3
Garlic clove, mincedInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- 02Line a 9x13 inch baking dish with parchment paper. Lightly grease with cooking spray.
- 03Heat a large skillet with oil over medium heat.
- 04Add onion, mushrooms, spinach and garlic. Cook for about two minutes or until soft.
- 05Without separating rolls, cut them in half horizontally and place the bottom half in the baking dish.
- 06Drizzle half the BBQ sauce across the buns and then add slices of Muenster cheese to cover.
- 07Next, add the warmed vegetables and top with sliced chicken and remaining BBQ sauce.
- 08Add top layer of buns and finish with a brushing of melted butter.
- 09Bake for 10-15 minutes, until cheese is melted.
