Antipasto Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
2oz
Mortadella , sliced 112oz
Genoa Salami, sliced 112oz
Pepperoni , sliced 2oz
Mozzarella , shredded ¾oz
Jubilee Olives , halved ½oz
Deli Dressing 1oz
Real Mayonnaise ¾oz
Artichoke Hearts , chopped ½oz
Banana Peppers , sliced 2each
Sourdough Bread , sliced Instructions
- 01Preheat griddle to 350F
- 02Spread .5 oz mayo on one side of each slice of sourdough and place onto griddle mayo side down
- 03Sprinkle 1 oz of cheese on each slice
- 04Layer mortadella on one slice
- 05Layer genoa and pepperoni on other slice
- 06Cook on griddle until bread is toasted and cheese is melted
- 07Add artichokes, banana peppers, deli dressing, and olives on top of mortadella
- 08Close sandwich, cut in half, and serve
