Blazing Buffalo Chicken Hot Pocket

Blazing Buffalo Style Chicken, shredded
8oz
Cream Cheese
6oz
Blue Cheese Crumbles
4oz
Mayonnaise
3oz
Roasted Red Peppers , diced
¼tsp
Garlic Powder
¼oz
Onion Powder
½oz
Green Onion , sliced
8each

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400F
  2. 02Place all ingredients except the hot pocket squares and mix to combine thoroughly
  3. 03On a lightly floured surface, roll the dough out into a 20 by 12-inch rectangle.
  4. 04Cut dough out into 8 squares with each measuring about 5 by 6-inches.
  5. 05Fill each square with the desired filling and pinch down the edges to seal the dough.
  6. 06Place pockets onto parchment paper and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  7. 07Brush the hot pockets with milk and sprinkle with buffalo spice (paprika, garlic, cayenne, salt)
  8. 08Bake in a preheated 400F oven for 15 minutes.
