Fried Horseradish Pickles

Horseradish Pickle Chips 112cup
All Purpose Flour½tsp
Salt1tsp
Black pepper, ground¼tsp
Paprika, ground¼tsp
Cayenne Pepper, ground¼tsp
Garlic Powder½cup
Buttermilk1each
Egg, large6cups
Frying Oil 2oz
Mayonnaise2oz
Honey Mustard2oz
Barbeque SauceInstructions
- 01Preheat fryer to 375F
- 02In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, honey mustard, and barbecue until combined. Set aside
- 03In a mixing bowl whisk together flour and spices
- 04In a separate bowl whisk together buttermilk and egg
- 05Coat slices in flour mix, shake off excess, dredge in buttermilk mix, then coat with flour mix again.
- 06Transfer to oil and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side or until golden brown
- 07Use a slotted spoon to remove from oil and place into a paper towel lined bowl
- 08Season with salt
- 09Place onto a serving dish with a ramekin of drive-thru sauce
