Fried Horseradish Pickles

Ingredients

Horseradish Pickle Chips
112cup
All Purpose Flour
½tsp
Salt
1tsp
Black pepper, ground
¼tsp
Paprika, ground
¼tsp
Cayenne Pepper, ground
¼tsp
Garlic Powder
½cup
Buttermilk
1each
Egg, large
6cups
Frying Oil
2oz
Mayonnaise
2oz
Honey Mustard
2oz
Barbeque Sauce

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat fryer to 375F
  2. 02In a small bowl mix mayonnaise, honey mustard, and barbecue until combined. Set aside
  3. 03In a mixing bowl whisk together flour and spices
  4. 04In a separate bowl whisk together buttermilk and egg
  5. 05Coat slices in flour mix, shake off excess, dredge in buttermilk mix, then coat with flour mix again.
  6. 06Transfer to oil and fry for 1.5 minutes on each side or until golden brown
  7. 07Use a slotted spoon to remove from oil and place into a paper towel lined bowl
  8. 08Season with salt
  9. 09Place onto a serving dish with a ramekin of drive-thru sauce
