Lemon Pepper Chicken , sliced thick 1oz
Hans Jurgen Pickle Chips ½oz
Pickled Onions 1oz
Heirloom Tomato , sliced 1oz
Deviled Egg Sauce , prepared 1each
Brioche Bun ½oz
Butter Instructions
- 01Melt butter on a griddle set to 350F
- 02Toast brioche buns on griddle with butter
- 03Place toasted brioche on a clean work surface
- 04Layer lemon pepper chicken on bottom bun
- 05Top with pickles, tomatoes, and onions
- 06Finish with deviled egg sauce and crown with top bun
- 07Serve
