The Fryer's™ Deep Fried* Turkey Breast, shredded1oz
Crumbled Feta Cheese2½oz
Spinach, rinsed½oz
Red onions, shaved½
Avocado1½oz
Fresh berries (i.e. strawberries, blueberries, or blackberries)¼oz
Roasted walnuts1½oz
Blackberry vinaigrette or honey mustard vinaigretteInstructions
- 01Place spinach in a salad bowl.
- 02Add red onions and avocado on top of the spinach bed, placing the avocado in the center.
- 03Top with fresh fruit selection, crumbled Feta Cheese, The Fryer's™ Deep Fried* Turkey Breast, and walnuts.
