1st Cut Pastrami Brisket Sliders

With layers of our smoky, hand-trimmed 1st Cut Pastrami and smooth Switzerland Swiss Cheese, your guests will reach for seconds before they finish their first bite. 



  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine butter, parsley, thyme, and paprika in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes.
  3. Heat a large skillet pan over medium heat. Spread butter mixture on the inside of each slider half, and place the bread, buttered side down, on the skillet until lightly golden and crisp.
  4. Place the bottoms of the sliders on the baking sheet, crispy side up.
  5. Evenly distribute horseradish sauce, pastrami and cheese on each piece of bread. Place the remaining slider lids on top.
  6. Place in the oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the cheese has melted.
