Bold Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken Sandwich with Asian Slaw

The sweetness of Bold Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken and the smooth zest of cucumber and carrot slaw combine to take your taste buds on an exotic sandwich experience.

  1. To make the Asian slaw combine carrots, cucumber and scallion in a medium bowl. Toss with vinegar until all vegetables are evenly coated, and set aside for immediate use.
  2. On a clean work surface, slice zucchini and red pepper into thin strips and lightly coat with vegetable oil.
  3. In a non-stick skillet, heat vegetables over medium heat until warm.
  4. Remove vegetables and set aside.
  5. Place Boar's Head Bold Ichiban Teriyaki Style Chicken Breast into the skillet, and cook until warm.
  6. Remove chicken and set aside.
  7. Open each ciabatta roll and place onto a clean, flat surface.
  8. On the bottom half of each ciabatta roll, layer two slices of chicken, followed by zucchini and red pepper.
  9. Top the sandwich with the Asian slaw.
  10. Crown each sandwich with the top half of the ciabatta roll and serve.
