  1. Place a whole wheat wrap onto a flat, clean work surface. Spread the Honey Mustard onto the wrap.
  2. Layer remaining ingredients evenly down the center of the wrap.
  3. Fold right 2 of the wrap on top of itself. Roll the remainder of the wrap from the bottom up.
  4. Cut in half if desired and serve.
