Chicken Cordon Bleu Panini




  1. Slice the ciabatta bun in half, setting the top aside.
  2. Layer the bottom slice with arugula and one slice of swiss cheese, followed by chicken, ham, and another slice of swiss.
  3. Spread mayonnaise and honey mustard on the ciabatta lid and place it on top of the sandwich.
  4. Spread a light layer of butter on the outer sides of the sandwich.
  5. Cook the sandwich in a preheated panini press until golden brown and cheese is melted.
  6. Serve warm.
