Large Tortilla

Boar's Head_® Real Mayonnaise

Boar’s Head_® Vermont Yellow Cheddar Cheese, shredded

Boar's Head_® Naturally Smoked Bacon, cooked

⅛cup

Red Onion, chopped

Tomato, diced

1tbsp

Fresh cilantro, to taste

1tbsp

Barbeque Sauce, for dipping

Instructions

01Warm the tortilla in the microwave for 18-20 seconds, until pliant.
02Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add tortilla.
03Spread the tortilla with mayonnaise.
04Fold chicken, cheese, bacon, onion, tomato and cilantro into the tortilla.
05Roll up the tortilla, then place on the warm skillet, seam side down. Press down on the tortilla with a spatula and cook for 1 minute.
06Flip the tortilla and repeat the process on the other side.
07Remove tortilla from the skillet, plate and enjoy!
