Ingredients: 2 tbsp White wine vinegar; 1 tsp Honey; 3 Fuji apple; 6 leaves Basil; 6 cups Spring mix lettuce; 0.25 cup Baby spinach leaves; 0.25 cup Scallions; 1 cup Boar's Head Goat Cheese; 0.25 cup Toasted slivered almonds; Salt & pepper; 1 tbsp Olive Oil

Instructions

In a medium bowl, whisk together the vinegar and the honey. Add the apples and basil and toss to coat.
In a separate large bowl, add the spring mix, spinach, scallions, goat cheese and almonds; then sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Pour the apple mixture and olive oil over the salad and toss to coat.
Split evenly among four bowls and serve.
