Prosciutto Goat Cheese Crostini
This quick and simple appetizer serves well as a light dish for entertaining guests. Made with quality ingredients like Boar’s Head Prosciutto and Goat Cheese, you’ll receive plenty of compliments to go with it.

Baguette, cut into 12 slices1cup
Olive Oil1
Kosher Salt4oz
Boar's Head Goat Cheese, room temperature12tbsp
Orange Marmalade, (or honey)6
Boar's Head Prosciutto di Parma®, cut in half12leaves
Fresh ArugulaInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
- 02Slice twelve 1/2-inch slices of bread from the baguette. Place on a baking sheet, and brush generously with the olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt on each slice. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- 03Spread some goat cheese on each crostini. Spread about a tablespoon of marmalade or honey on top of the goat cheese.
- 04Fold the half slices of prosciutto and place on top of each crostini.
- 05Lay a fresh arugula leaf on top of each crostini. Serve!
