Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, this honey-glazed feta is uniquely delicious.
In a small bowl, whisk the egg.
In a separate bowl, add the panko.
Dip the feta in the egg, rotating to coat it fully, then remove from the bowl, letting any excess liquid drip off.
Dip and lightly press the feta through the Panko, rotating to coat.
In a medium skillet, heat 3 tbsp of olive oil over medium heat. Add the feta and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Transfer the feta to a plate and drizzle with honey, a pinch of salt and chopped basil.
