Roasted Garlic Hummus Crostini Platter

From crostini topped with our Roasted Garlic Hummus and a touch of tabbouleh, to your favorite vegetables, to Boar's Head Charcuterie and Cheeses, this crostini platter will keep your menu fresh and flavorful.

Ingredients


cup
Fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
¼cup
Cauliflower rice
1
Roma tomato, cored & diced
1tsp
Lemon juice
 
Kosher Salt, as needed
 
Boar's Head Roasted Garlic Hummus
 
Ciabatta Baguette, sliced into 1/2" thick slices, grilled
4oz
Boar's Head Feta Cheese, crumbled

Instructions


  1. 01In a small bowl stir together the parsley, cauliflower rice, tomato & lemon juice. Season to taste with salt.
  2. 02Spread hummus on each slice of bread & top with mixture.
  3. 03Sprinkle with feta then serve on a platter with a small bowl of Roasted Garlic Hummus, Boar's Head Charcuterie, and your favorite accoutrements.
