Instructions

01In a small mixing bowl, combine hummus, mustard, lemon juice and olive oil and whisk until combined, creamy and smooth, adding olive oil or water until desired consistency is reached. Add salt and pepper to taste.
02Use and store in an airtight container for up to one week.
