EverRoast Chicken Cobb Salad with Jalapeño Corn Vinaigrette




  1. In a large salad bowl, combine the greens, tomatoes, nectarines, and feta.
  2. Top the salad with chicken, avocado, bacon, and eggs.
  3. For the vinaigrette, combine all ingredients, except the corn, in a blender. Add 1/4 cup of corn and pulse until mostly smooth.
  4. Stir in the remaining corn, and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
  5. Serve and enjoy.
