Whipped Feta Cheese Dip

Two worlds meet in this blend of Chévre Goat Cheese and Creamy Feta Cheese to become one light and airy Whipped Feta Dip. It's a great way to satisfy all your cheesy cravings.

Ingredients


1cup
Cherry Tomatoes
2tbsp
Olive Oil
4oz
Boar's Head Creamy feta Cheese
4oz
Boar's Head Chèvre Goat Cheese
4oz
Sour cream
3
Fresh garlic
3sprigs
Fresh Thyme Leaves, leaves removed from stems
¼oz
Honey
2tsp
Red pepper flakes

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. 02Place the cherry tomatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes have "popped" and become golden.
  3. 03In a food processor or blender, add the cheeses, sour cream, garlic, and thyme; blend until creamy and fluffy.
  4. 04Pour the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with honey, olive oil, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Top with the roasted tomatoes and serve with sliced bread or crackers.
