Whipped Feta Cheese Dip
Two worlds meet in this blend of Chévre Goat Cheese and Creamy Feta Cheese to become one light and airy Whipped Feta Dip. It's a great way to satisfy all your cheesy cravings.
Ingredients

Cherry Tomatoes2tbsp
Olive Oil4oz
Boar's Head Creamy feta Cheese4oz
Boar's Head Chèvre Goat Cheese4oz
Sour cream3
Fresh garlic3sprigs
Fresh Thyme Leaves, leaves removed from stems¼oz
Honey2tsp
Red pepper flakesInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- 02Place the cherry tomatoes on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Roast for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes have "popped" and become golden.
- 03In a food processor or blender, add the cheeses, sour cream, garlic, and thyme; blend until creamy and fluffy.
- 04Pour the dip into a serving bowl and drizzle with honey, olive oil, and a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. Top with the roasted tomatoes and serve with sliced bread or crackers.
