Bacon, Egg & Caramelized Onion Jack Cheese Chaffles



  1. Preheat waffle iron.
  2. Whisk eggs in a medium bowl. Add cheese and bacon and stir to combine.
  3. Lightly spray the waffle iron with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Pour 1/4 of the egg mixture into the waffle iron and allow to cook 2-3 minutes until lightly golden-brown.
  5. Remove waffle and repeat with remaining batter.
  6. Optional: Top with favorite toppings.
