London Broil Roast Beef Sandwich with Pub Style Horseradish
From crisp russet potatoes to tender beef and the kick of horseradish, this recipe turns a meat-and-potatoes meal into an unforgettable pub-style sandwich.

French bread roll2tbsp
Boar's Head Pub Style Horseradish Sauce2
Boar’s Head® Caramelized Onion Jack Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced thin4oz
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, sliced thick1cup
Fresh Arugula1
Small radish, sliced thinInstructions
- 01Preheat broiler. Slice the onion roll in half and place on a baking sheet, sliced sides up. Broil for 1 minute, until lightly toasted.
- 02Spread 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce on the sliced sides of the roll.
- 03On the bottom slice, layer one slice of cheese, the roast beef and the remaining slice of cheese on top. Place under the broiler until the cheese starts to melt.
- 04Top with kettle chips, pickle chips, arugula and sliced radish, then crown with the top half of the bun.
