London Broil Roast Beef Sandwich with Pub Style Horseradish

From crisp russet potatoes to tender beef and the kick of horseradish, this recipe turns a meat-and-potatoes meal into an unforgettable pub-style sandwich.

Kettle Potato Chips

French bread roll
2tbsp
Boar's Head Pub Style Horseradish Sauce

Boar’s Head® Caramelized Onion Jack Monterey Jack Cheese, sliced thin
4oz
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, sliced thick
 
Boar’s Head Horseradish Pickle Chips
1cup
Fresh Arugula
1
Small radish, sliced thin

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat broiler. Slice the onion roll in half and place on a baking sheet, sliced sides up. Broil for 1 minute, until lightly toasted.
  2. 02Spread 1 tbsp of horseradish sauce on the sliced sides of the roll.
  3. 03On the bottom slice, layer one slice of cheese, the roast beef and the remaining slice of cheese on top. Place under the broiler until the cheese starts to melt.
  4. 04Top with kettle chips, pickle chips, arugula and sliced radish, then crown with the top half of the bun.
