London Broil Chimichurri Crostinis

Indulge in a crostini of slow-roasted London Broil Top Round Roast Beef and Muenster Cheese, finished with a homemade Chimichurri sauce that's sure to ravish the dinner party.

Ingredients


 
Header, Chimichurri Sauce

Italian parsley

Red wine vinegar
½cup
Olive Oil
¼cup
Cilantro, Fresh

ground Cumin

Garlic cloves, peeled

dried Red Pepper, crushed
½tsp
Salt
 
Header, Crostinis
1whole
French Baguette, sliced thin into 12 pieces
3tbsp
Olive Oil
½tbsp
Sea Salt
½cup
Fresh Arugula
6
Boar's Head® Muenster Cheese, sliced thin
6slices
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, sliced sandwich cut, halved
½cup
Roasted red peppers

Instructions


  1. 01Header: Chimichurri Sauce
  2. 02For sauce, pour all ingredients into a processor. Transfer to bowl and set aside.
  3. 03Header: Crostinis
  4. 04Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice twelve 1/2-inch slices of bread from the baguette.
  5. 05Place on baking sheet, and brush generously with olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt on each side.
  6. 06Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
  7. 07Top each crostini with arugula and half slice of cheese. Broil for 1-2 minutes until Muenster Cheese is melted.
  8. 08Remove pan from oven and layer half slices of London Broil Roast Beef on top of melted cheese.
  9. 09Garnish with roasted red peppers and chimichurri sauce.
  10. 10Serve and enjoy.
