London Broil Chimichurri Crostinis
Indulge in a crostini of slow-roasted London Broil Top Round Roast Beef and Muenster Cheese, finished with a homemade Chimichurri sauce that's sure to ravish the dinner party.
Ingredients
1cup
Italian parsley⅓cup
Red wine vinegar½cup
Olive Oil¼cup
Cilantro, Fresh½tsp
ground Cumin2
Garlic cloves, peeled½tsp
dried Red Pepper, crushed½tsp
Salt1whole
French Baguette, sliced thin into 12 pieces3tbsp
Olive Oil½tbsp
Sea Salt½cup
Fresh Arugula6
Boar's Head® Muenster Cheese, sliced thin6slices
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, sliced sandwich cut, halved½cup

- 01Header: Chimichurri Sauce
- 02For sauce, pour all ingredients into a processor. Transfer to bowl and set aside.
- 03Header: Crostinis
- 04Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice twelve 1/2-inch slices of bread from the baguette.
- 05Place on baking sheet, and brush generously with olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt on each side.
- 06Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- 07Top each crostini with arugula and half slice of cheese. Broil for 1-2 minutes until Muenster Cheese is melted.
- 08Remove pan from oven and layer half slices of London Broil Roast Beef on top of melted cheese.
- 09Garnish with roasted red peppers and chimichurri sauce.
- 10Serve and enjoy.
