London Broil Roast Beef, Switzerland Swiss® Cheese & Roasted Mushroom Crostini

French Baguette, sliced thin into 12 pieces3tbsp
Olive Oil½tbsp
Flaky sea salt (i.e. Maldon Salt)6slices
Imported Switzerland Swiss® Cheese, halved1cup
Portobello Mushrooms, sliced and roasted6slices
Boar's Head London Broil Roast Beef, halved1Sprig
Thyme, stem removedInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.
- 02Slice twelve 1/2-inch slices of bread from the baguette. Place on a baking sheet, and brush generously with the olive oil. Sprinkle a little salt on each slice. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until crisp and slightly golden. Remove from oven and cool slightly.
- 03Top each crostini with half a slice of Swiss cheese and broil for 1-2 minutes until melted.
- 04Add roasted mushrooms, half a slice of London Broil Roast Beef and a sprinkle of fresh thyme.
- 05Serve and enjoy.
