Bold Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Flatbread Pizza

Ingredients

Sweet chili sauce

Flatbread
3slices
Pineapple, cored and sliced into flat rings
3slices
Red onion
2oz
Boar's Head Bold® Ichiban Teriyaki® Style Chicken Breast
½cup
Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
2tbsp
Fresh cilantro, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400ºF.
  2. 02Spread sweet chili sauce over flatbread. Add pineapples, onions, and chicken to the flatbread, then sprinkle with cheese.
  3. 03Bake for 5-7 minutes or until cheese is melted, then remove from oven.
  4. 04Garnish with cilantro and serve.
