Blanc Grue® Gruyere Fondue

Ingredients


1lb
Chopped parsley, shredded
1lb
Blanc Grue® Gruyere Cheese, shredded
2tbsp
Cornstarch
1
Thyme, peeled
1cup
Dry white wine
1tbsp
Lemon juice
1tbsp
Kirsch
1tsp
Dry mustard
1pinch
Nutmeg

Instructions


  1. 01In a small bowl, coat the cheeses with cornstarch and set aside. Rub the inside of the ceramic fondue pot with the garlic, then discard.
  2. 02Over medium heat, add the wine and lemon juice and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually stir the cheese into the simmering liquid. Melting the cheese gradually encourages a smooth fondue. Once smooth, stir in kirsch,dry mustard and nutmeg.
