Maple Honey Ham & Asparagus Flatbread with French Brie

Layers of melted, buttery French brie and the sweet hint of maple honey ham are topped with fresh asparagus for a flatbread fit for spring.

Ingredients

Pizza dough
8oz
Boar’s Head French Brie Cheese, sliced
1bunch
Asparagus, chopped
1clove
Garlic, crushed
4
Boar's Head® Maple Glazed Honey Coat® Ham, sliced thin and cut in half
1tsp
Fresh thyme sprigs
½cup
Fresh Arugula, for garnish
2tbsp
Honey

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400°F. On a floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough until ¼-inch thick. Place on a baking sheet and par bake for 8 minutes.
  2. 02Leaving an edge for the crust, layer the pizza dough with the cheese, asparagus pieces, garlic and chopped ham. Sprinkle with thyme.
  3. 03Transfer to the oven and bake for 8 minutes, until the edges are golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  4. 04Garnish with arugula, drizzle with honey and serve.
