SmokeMaster® Ham, Brie, Marmalade and Arugula Sandwich

Lunch has never looked this good. Tangy orange marmalade and sharp Dijon mustard cut through buttery brie cheese and rich SmokeMaster® Ham, taking your lunch break to a whole new level.

Ingredients

Rustic bread, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2tsp
Dijon mustard
4oz
Boar’s Head French Brie Cheese, cut into 1/4 inch thick slices
8oz
Boar's Head SmokeMaster Beechwood Smoked Black Forest Ham, about 8 slices
½cup
Fresh Arugula
2
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
 
Salt & pepper
2tbsp
Orange Marmalade

Instructions


  1. 01On a clean work surface, spread one slice of toasted bread with desired amount of Dijon mustard.
  2. 02Next, layer cheese and ham.
  3. 03In a small bowl, toss arugula with olive oil, salt and pepper.
  4. 04Top the ham and cheese with the arugula mixture.
  5. 05Spread remaining slice of bread with marmalade.
  6. 06Place the remaining slice of bread on top of the sandwich
  7. 07Cut, serve and enjoy!
