Pastrami Seasoned Turkey Fattoush Hand Salad
Instructions
- Lightly toast the pita to warm it. Roll the pita to shape a cone and wrap in paper (butcher or wax paper).
- Combine the Turkey, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, onion and herbs in a bowl and dress with the herb vinaigrette.
- Fill the warmed pita cone with the dressed salad. Top the cone with Feta crumbles.
