EverRoast® Chicken Parmigiana

Ingredients

Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast, 1/4" thick
2cups
Whole Milk Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
4tbsp
15201 Boars Head Parmigiano Reggiano 1 kg
32oz
Spaghetti, Prepared to package directions
4tsp
Butter, melted
½cup
Panko breadcrumbs
3
Marinara sauce, heated
 
Fresh basil, for garnish

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. 02Cook spaghetti according to package directions, then drain.
  3. 03In a small bowl, mix melted butter, panko breadcrumbs and grated Boar's Head parmesan cheese
  4. 04Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. 05Place four individual slices of Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast on the baking sheet.
  6. 06Top each with a 1/4 cup of Boar's Head Mozzarella Cheese, then buttered breadcrumbs
  7. 07Bake in oven for 10 minutes, or until cheese is melted and breadcrumbs are golden brown and crisp.
  8. 08Plate the cooked spaghetti with marinara sauce, then top with chicken.
  9. 09Garnish with basil, if desired.
  10. 10Serve and enjoy.
