EverRoast® Tacos with Lime Crema

Ingredients


 
Header, Tacos
4
Flour tortilla
1cup
Guacamole
1lb
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast, shredded
1cup
Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
 
Header, Pineapple Pear Salsa
½
Pineapple, diced
1
Pear, diced
½
Herb Vinaigrette, diced
1
Jalapeño , seeds removed, diced
½cup
Cilantro leaves, finely chopped
1tbsp
Lime juice
¼tsp
Ground Cumin
 
Header, Lime Crema
5oz
Mexican Crema or Sour Cream
1tbsp
Lime juice

Instructions


  1. 01Header: Tacos
  2. 02Lay tortillas on a clean work surface.
  3. 03Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. of guacamole on each tortilla.
  4. 04Add EverRoast® Chicken.
  5. 05Header: Pineapple Pear Salsa
  6. 06For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  7. 07Spoon salsa mixture on to tacos.
  8. 08Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
  9. 09Header: Lime Crema
  10. 10For the crema, combine sour cream or Mexican crema and lime juice in a small bowl.
  11. 11Drizzle over tacos.
  12. 12Serve and enjoy.
