EverRoast® Tacos with Lime Crema
Ingredients

Flour tortilla1cup
Guacamole1lb
Boar's Head EverRoast® Chicken Breast, shredded1cup
Boar's Head Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded½
Pineapple, diced1
Pear, diced½
Herb Vinaigrette, diced1
Jalapeño , seeds removed, diced½cup
Cilantro leaves, finely chopped1tbsp
Lime juice¼tsp
Ground Cumin5oz
Mexican Crema or Sour Cream1tbsp
Lime juiceInstructions
- 01Header: Tacos
- 02Lay tortillas on a clean work surface.
- 03Spoon 1-2 Tbsp. of guacamole on each tortilla.
- 04Add EverRoast® Chicken.
- 05Header: Pineapple Pear Salsa
- 06For the salsa, combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
- 07Spoon salsa mixture on to tacos.
- 08Top with shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
- 09Header: Lime Crema
- 10For the crema, combine sour cream or Mexican crema and lime juice in a small bowl.
- 11Drizzle over tacos.
- 12Serve and enjoy.
