Ingredients
1
Hamburger patty, (approximately 4–6 oz)1
Hamburger bun1oz
Fresh Mozzarella Cheese, sliced½cup
Fresh arugula1slice
Ripe tomato2slices
Prosciutto di Parma1tbsp
Balsamic glazeInstructions
- 01Preheat your grill to medium-high heat, allowing it to reach optimal temperature for a perfect sear.
- 02Place the hamburger patty on the pre-heated grill and cook for 4–5 minutes on the first side until nicely browned and a flavorful crust forms. Flip once and continue grilling to your desired level of doneness (approximately 3–4 minutes for medium).
- 03During the last minute of cooking, place the Boar's Head® Fresh Mozzarella Cheese on top of the burger patty, allowing it to soften and melt slightly into the warm meat.
- 04Lightly place the hamburger bun on the grill for 1–2 minutes, cut-side down, until just warmed and lightly toasted.
- 05Layer the bottom piece of the toasted bun with the fresh arugula, allowing the leaves to soften slightly from the warmth of the bun.
- 06Top the arugula with the ripe tomato slice.
- 07Place the grilled burger patty with melted cheese on top of the tomato. Arrange the Boar's Head® Prosciutto di Parma slices across the patty, allowing the heat to gently warm them.
- 08Drizzle the balsamic glaze delicately across the patty and prosciutto.
- 09Top with the other half of the toasted bun and serve immediately.
