Ovengold® Turkey Golden Sliders

The combination of Ovengold® Roasted Turkey Breast and Vermont Yellow Cheddar Cheese is reminiscent of those homestyle dinners you grew up loving. Bring Ovengold® Turkey Golden Sliders to the table with a quick, tasty twist.

Ingredients

Slider style sandwich rolls
3tbsp
Butter
 
Condiment of your choice, optional
¾lb
Boar's Head Ovengold® Turkey Breast, sliced thin
¼lb
Boar's Head Vermont Cheddar Cheese, sliced thin
12leaves
Fresh Arugula

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat Panini grill or oven to 350°F.
  2. 02Cut slider rolls in half and place on a clean, flat surface.
  3. 03Lightly butter each roll and place on grill or oven backing sheet.
  4. 04Lightly toast rolls in oven (3-5 minutes).
  5. 05Remove rolls from heat.
  6. 06Spread condiment on rolls then top the bottom rolls with turkey then cheese, spreading evenly across all 6 rolls.
  7. 07Garnish each slider with 2 leaves of arugala and top sliders with remaining top buns.
