Instructions

  1. Heat Panini press to medium heat.
  2. On a clean work surface, spread butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Lay 2 slices of Vermont Cheddar Cheese on the unbuttered side of one slice of bread. Top with ham, cranberry sauce, baby greens and remaining cheese.
  4. Top with remaining slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Heat sandwich on Panini press for 5-8 minutes or until cheese is completely melted.
