Honey-Brûléed French Brie

    Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
 - Remove the top rind from the brie, keeping the bottom and edges, and place in a brie baking dish or a round, oven-safe dish.
 - Spread the honey and brown sugar evenly on top of the brie.
 - Place under the broiler for 1-2 minutes, until the sugar and honey caramelize.
 - Remove from the broiler and allow to cool until hardened.
 - Serve with crostini.
