Baked French Brie & Roasted Grapes

Roasted grapes, bursting with sweetness. Buttery, perfectly gooey French Brie Cheese. This cheese centerpiece will wow any guest with its unique balance of flavors.

Ingredients

Boar’s Head French Brie Cheese
1bunch
Red Grapes
1tbsp
Olive Oil
 
Sea Salt, to taste
 
Fresh Thyme Leaves, for garnish
1package
Crostini

Instructions


  1. 01Heat oven to 400º F.
  2. 02Place brie in a ceramic dish and remove the rind from the top to score it. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until melty.
  3. 03On a baking sheet, drizzle grapes with olive oil, sea salt, and thyme. Bake for 15-20 minutes until tender.
  4. 04Top the baked Brie with the roasted grapes. Serve warm with crostini.
