Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Naan Sandwich

Ingredients


4oz
Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast, Thinly Sliced
2oz
Boar's Head® Manchego Cheese, P.D.O., Thinly Sliced
1
Naan
2tsp
Olive oil
2tbsp
Mango Chutney, Prepared
½cup
Baby spinach
1oz
Red onion, Thinly Sliced

Instructions


  1. 01Preheat oven to 320° F.
  2. 02Brush the top of the naan bread with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven.
  3. 03Bake until toasted and slightly crisp, about 3 minutes, then remove and allow to cool slightly.
  4. 04Slice the naan in half cross-wise and spread 1 tbsp of chutney on one side of each slice.
  5. 05Stack the following ingredients in order on the first slice of naan: spinach, Manchego Cheese, chicken slices and red onion.
  6. 06Finish by topping off with the remaining naan slice, chutney side down.
