Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Naan Sandwich

Bold Madrasala® Curry Chicken Breast, Thinly Sliced2oz
Boar's Head® Manchego Cheese, P.D.O., Thinly Sliced1
Naan2tsp
Olive oil2tbsp
Mango Chutney, Prepared½cup
Baby spinach1oz
Red onion, Thinly SlicedInstructions
- 01Preheat oven to 320° F.
- 02Brush the top of the naan bread with olive oil, place on a baking sheet and transfer to the oven.
- 03Bake until toasted and slightly crisp, about 3 minutes, then remove and allow to cool slightly.
- 04Slice the naan in half cross-wise and spread 1 tbsp of chutney on one side of each slice.
- 05Stack the following ingredients in order on the first slice of naan: spinach, Manchego Cheese, chicken slices and red onion.
- 06Finish by topping off with the remaining naan slice, chutney side down.
